-Once order online is placed the customer is called to verify address, phone number, credit card number or checking account information, and if they have high speed internet
-Equipment is tested on a few calls incoming to the adapter and also outgoing
-Equipment is shipped out to customer by DHL
-Customer will get equipment in 2/3 business days from the time the order was confirmed over the phone with a representative
-DHL requires a signature to make sure the customer gets equipment and it is not lost or stolen
-If unable to be home at the time of delivery customer can make arrangements with DHL (1-800-225-5345)
-Customers can call us for their tracking number
