For just $15 per month, Citynet Support+ members enjoy hassle-free equipment replacements and priority in-person service visits (up to two a year*), making sure your home internet runs smoothly without unexpected costs or disruptions.

No-Cost Replacement of Citynet-Provided Equipment

If your Citynet-provided router, modem, or other essential networking hardware experiences an issue, we’ll replace it at no extra charge—no more unexpected replacement costs!

Priority In-Person Service Visits – At No Additional Charge

If an issue cannot be resolved remotely and is not caused by a Citynet network outage or system issue, we’ll send a Citynet technician to your home at no extra cost to diagnose and resolve it. This service is limited to two in-person visits per year. Without Citynet Support+, in-person service visits cost $125 per visit.

Citynet Support+ Terms & Conditions

  • Citynet Support+ is available exclusively to residential Citynet GIG Fiber customers.
  • The program covers Citynet-provided equipment only, including routers, modems, and other essential networking hardware. It does not cover customer-owned devices.
  • Priority in-person service visits are limited to two per year. Additional in-person visits will be charged at the standard $125 service call fee.
  • In-person service visits apply only to issues that cannot be resolved remotely and are not caused by a Citynet network outage or system-wide issue.
  • Equipment replacement applies only to failures of Citynet-provided devices due to normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, or natural disasters is not covered.
  • WiFi optimization assistance is provided to improve connectivity within the home, but does not guarantee coverage in all areas or resolve interference caused by third-party devices or environmental factors.
  • Citynet Support+ does not cover relocation or reinstallation of equipment due to home renovations, moving, or other customer-initiated changes.
  • Service fees are non-refundable, and cancellation of Citynet Support+ will terminate benefits at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Citynet reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Support+ program at any time.
