The CityVault server you are connected to is busy or the user information or manifest is in use by another server.
What you can do:
Try backing up again or rebooting your computer, as the problem usually resolves itself.
If the error persists, please contact support at CityVault Support Request and include your cityvault.log file located on your machine in the following location:
Sometimes it looks like a text file named "cityvault."
