One of CityVault client files is missing or corrupt.
What you can do:
Usually a simple reboot will fix the problem. If not, try deleting these files:
Try to back up again. If the backup still fails, contact support at CityVault Support Request and let us know what operating system you are using so we can better assist you. In addition, please include the cityvault.log file as an attachment. You can find the file at:
Sometimes it looks like a text file named "cityvault."
