Error: BdsClientError9
The CityVault client backup service is not running.
What you can do:
To start the CityVault Service:
1. Open your start menu, click "Run" then type "services.msc". If this command does not seem to work for you, type: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Services.msc
2. In the "Services" window, double-click CityVault Service."
3. In the "General" tab, make sure that the startup type is set to "Automatic."
4. In the "Log On" tab, make sure it is set to "local system account."
5. In the "Log On" tab, make sure that your profile is labeled as "Enabled."
6. In the "Log On" tab under "This account," make sure that the 3 blanks have nothing in them.
7. In the "General" tab, under "Service status," click "Start."
If you are still having trouble, uninstall the CityVault client, reboot your machine, and then re-install the current client available at https://cityvault.citynet.net/resource?module=resource-downloads
