Digital Telephone Plan

The Citynet Digital Phone Plan has been available for only a short time and already we’ve seen growth in Digital Phone lines of over 400% per month since introducing this service. "This is exceptional growth for any new product and certainly shows the excitement and acceptance of this exciting new service" said Luther Toney, COO of Citynet’s Retail Division.

Citynet Digital Phone service is available for both residential and business customers. Anyone with a current broadband connection to the internet will find that this new service will save 50% or more on their monthly telephone bills. The new plan includes unlimited local and long distance calling for Citynet residential customers. Just like your current provider, Citynet offers all of the standard telephone features customers are accustomed to using. Features like caller ID, speed dialing, and voice mail come standard with the service, as does the ability to receive your voice mail in your email inbox – allowing you access anywhere you can check your email. You also have the control to decide where and when your phone rings, if the call should go directly to voice mail, which device will ring, who can call you, and who you want to block. This complete control is yours via our online Account Manager.

It has never been so easy to control your own telephone service and save money at the same time. You can even bring your present telephone number with you to Citynet so there will be no need to change stationary or business cards. We even provide you with a digital phone adapter so you will not have to buy any expensive new equipment!

Call us today for more information on our new Digital Phone Plan. Find out for yourself what we can do to help you save 50% or more every month. Call 800.903.8906 for all the details. If you prefer, you can sign up online at www.citynet.net by clicking on the "Sign Up Today" checkerboard.

CITYNET DIGITAL TELEPHONE PLAN – SAVING MONEY NEVER SOUNDED SO GOOD!

Audit Results

Citynet LLC had its 2005 consolidated financial statements audited by an independent CPA – Vecchio & Company, PLLC, and has obtained an unqualified audit report for its financial statements. The company has reported a 70% revenue growth in 2005 compared to the same period of 2004, and a more than 65% increase in its earnings before interest, depreciation, and amortization, as well as 20% better net operating results. "We are delighted with our performance during the past year and with the unqualified audit report. We look forward to continuing the financial growth in 2006 as well" said Vlad Mitchev, Citynet CFO.

Citynet Corporate Headquarters

Anyone that has visited the Bridgeport, WV location of the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has noticed that Platinum Drive is being lengthened. This new route will eventually extend to Route 58 allowing for access to two interstate exits (Anmoore and RT. 50). What many may not realize is that this new access road is being built to accommodate a new technology park that is being built in Bridgeport by Platinum Properties. Citynet will be the anchor building in the park.

In the 5 short years since the birth of the new Citynet, we have outgrown our current facility. In fact, our headquarters is presently housed in two different locations in order to accommodate our growing work force of highly trained and experienced employees. The new facility will be more than twice the current footprint and house state-of-the-art technology, all connected to our fiber optic network. The planning of the new building is underway and construction should begin this July on our new 30,000 sq. ft. building.

WV Primary Elections – May 9th

Citynet is teaming with Metro News, West Virginia’s radio network, to bring the most up to date and timely election returns available anywhere! "The Citynet powered and designed website will allow live running totals of election results as soon as they are posted at a local courthouse. The site includes a live audio feed of election coverage plus the most up to date results in the state" stated Drew Pomeroy, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Citynet.

Service Delivery –Thinking Outside the Network Operations Center

Imagine, as a customer, having one contact that can answer all of your questions and fully understands every element of the service you are requesting. By tailoring Service Delivery to meet the demands of the customer, Citynet’s Wholesale division is making this dream a reality for its customers.

With multi-talented professionals that can provide all the design, provisioning and testing service, Citynet Wholesale’s Operations Group is able to optimize Service Delivery and streamline the customer experience.
