Digital Telephone Service

Over the past two months our newsletter has featured information on the introduction of our new Digital Telephone Service and how everyone in our regional footprint can use this new service to save significantly. This month we will cover some of our customer’s FAQ’s.

The price of Citynet’s Residential Digital Telephone Service is only $24.95 a month. This price includes: Unlimited Local and Long Distance calling, Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Voice Mail, and all the other telephone services to which you’ve become accustomed. That is a savings of nearly 40% off current providers’ pricing – even more if you make a lot of long distance calls! Plus, Citynet Digital Telephone Service has many features that other traditional telephone providers just don’t offer: you control your account and your telephone service - online; you can receive your voice mail in your email inbox where you can listen to your messages anytime you have internet access – anywhere; and you decide when people call you and how you will be reached. If you wish to not be bothered at certain times you can set up Dialing Rules to send your calls directly to voice mail. Our system also allows you to set up access codes for family members and other key callers to use so that you never miss important calls. You’ve never had a more flexible way to control your own telephone service.
