Digital Phone Service
Last month we told you that we would be introducing Citynet Digital Phone Service soon. Well, the time has come to select one of the most exciting products to come along since the Internet.

Residential Customers
Residential customers that have broadband Internet access are invited to join us as we roll out our Residential Digital Phone Service. Residential customers throughout our service territory are eligible to sign up now for this exciting new product.

The price of Citynet’s Residential Digital Phone Service will be only $24.95 a month. This new introductory price includes: Unlimited Local and Long Distance Calling; Caller ID; Call Forward; Voice Mail and all the other telephone services to which you have become accustomed. PLUS, Citynet Digital Phone Service has many added features: You control your account and your telephone service - online; you can receive your voice mail in your email inbox where you can listen to your messages anytime you have Internet access – anywhere; you set the rules of when people call you and how you will be reached (you can have your calls directed to several devices all at once – like your telephone, pager, PDA or Cell Phone and you answer whichever is most convenient). You can send calls directly to voice mail when you wish not to be disturbed. You may get additional numbers on the same line for your children at $4.95 per number, or order additional lines at only $24.95. Imagine, now! YOU control YOUR telephone…where it rings, when it rings, how it rings, and when it shouldn’t ring. No longer do you have to rely on "the telephone company" to make a change.

If you would like to sign up for Citynet Digital Telephone Service you may do so via our website www.citynet.net. Simply click on "Sign Up Today" and establish your Digital Phone service account. Once your account is active, we will ship the adapter to you. If you wish you can pick up your digital phone adapter simply by visiting our Citynet office, which is conveniently located at 113 Platinum Drive, Bridgeport, WV. We are located 2 buildings behind the DMV. If you currently have a Citynet account, you may add Digital Telephone Service to your account by logging in to our new Digital Phone Administration website at http://phoneadmin.citynet.net.

Small Business Customers
Are you a small business owner? We have great news for you, as well. Citynet Business Digital Telephone Service will be available soon for those with broadband internet service. Be watching our newsletters for more information.

CITYNET DIGITAL TELEPHONE SERVICE – FINALLY…YOU’VE GOT CONTROL!!!

Special Note: Digital Telephone Service phone adapters are provided by Citynet for our customers. Each adapter will control up to two specific digital telephone lines. The adapter allows use of this new service without the need to purchase expensive new digital telephones.

Citynet Wholesale
Citynet’s Wholesale division is kicking off the first quarter of 2006 with plans to add Terre Haute, Indiana to our list of POPs (points of presence). The Terre Haute POP should be up and running sometime this summer. In addition, Chief Operating Officer Mike Friloux has been asked to speak at the CompTel trade show in San Diego next month. Mike will be speaking about how Citynet uses our brand to promote our commitment to partnering with customers to develop creative telecommunications solutions. We are very excited about this opportunity to show how Citynet’s approach to customer service, both in the wholesale and the retail arena, sets us apart from other providers.
