Ben Randolph, Vice President - Field Services
After graduating from West Virginia University with a Business Administration Degree (Specialization in Finance) in 2003, Ben began his career with Citynet as part of the accounting staff.

In 2004 he went on to produce a successful sales campaign as retail Account Manager. In 2006, Ben took on a business development role and directed the successful launch of Citynet’s Digital Phone Service, spending the majority of his time acquiring and supporting new VoIP channel partners through the Digital Phone Partner Program. That program attracts cable operators, ISPs, and other service providers to brand the Citynet Digital Phone service as their own in order to resell to their customers.

At the start of 2009, Ben was named Vice President - Field Services. In his new responsibility he will take on an operations role integrating two distinct Citynet divisions into one, thereby improving both internal efficiency and the level of support to Citynet customers.

Ben is also working towards his MBA through the West Virginia University EMBA program. Ben enjoys spending time with family, camping, hunting, fishing, Mountaineer games, auto racing, and can often be found on the golf course.

He is a native of Bridgeport, WV and works out of Citynet’s Bridgeport Headquarters.
